Yes, these nails are reusable with proper removal.
How do I know my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide. You can also purchase a Sample Sizing Kit of desired shape and length for a perfect fit.
How do I stick these on my natural nails?
You can use either nail glue or nail tabs
Nail glue comes with every set
Nail tabs are sold separately
How long do these nails stay on?
It all depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application and how rough you are with your hands/nails.
With nail glue - 7 to 10 days when applied properly
With nail tabs - A few hours or 1 day
What’s the difference between Made to Order nails and Ready to Ship nails?
Made to Order nails are nail sets that customers can customize the shape, length and size for a perfect fit.
Ready to Ship nails are nail sets that are sold as seen. The shape, length, and size can not be customized. Ready to Ship nails only come in preset sizes.
How many nails come in a set?
All nail sets come with 10 nails.
What comes with my nails?
Every order comes with a Perfection Prep Kit that includes: 1 mini nail file, 1 nail glue, 1 buffer, 1 wooden cuticle pusher, 2 alcohol pads, and instructions on how to properly apply/remove your press on nails.
How do I avoid my nails from popping off?
For a secure hold follow the instructions step by step on our Nail Prep Instruction Card that is included in your order.
Are the nails strong?
Yes. Our nails are very strong and durable. We use high quality professional gel tips and gel polishes.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Each set is handmade by one person, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges, therefore we will not be responsible for any wrong sizes.
We strongly suggest double checking every order nail sizes, before submitting orders.

What if I ordered the wrong shape/length?
All orders are 100% handmade, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges, therefore we will not be responsible for any wrong shapes and/or length. We strongly recommend you to refer to our ‘Shape/Length Chart’.
Before submitting any orders, we strongly suggest double checking each order nail shapes/lengths.
Do you offer custom nail designs?
At this time, we do not offer any custom design.
Do you offer wholesale orders?
At this time, we do not offer wholesale orders.
Do you accept order cancellations?
No, we do not accept order cancellations. Once an order has been submitted it can not be canceled.
We ask you to please double check the order before submitting.
What is the processing time?
All custom orders are solely handcrafted and made to order.
7 to 14 business days. This time is only an estimate. If there are high volumes of orders, we do not guarantee your orders will be processed and shipped within this timeframe. Please know all orders are very important to us and we will try our very best to get every order shipped out as quickly as possible in the order they were received.
Where will my orders be shipping from?
All orders will be shipped from Centerville, Ohio.
What mail service will ship my order?
USPS will be shipping all orders.
How long will my order take to ship?
Ready To Ship - 1 to 3 business days ( If you purchase an ready to ship set with a made to order set it will NOT be shipped right away. If you would like your ready to ship set faster I suggest you order them separately to receive them quicker.
Made To Order - processing time 7 to 14 business days ( this time is an estimate.) We do not guarantee your order will be processed and shipped within this timeframe. Please know all orders are very important to us and we will try our very best to get every order shipped out as quickly as possible in the order they were received.

How do I track my package?
Once shipping labels are made tracking numbers will be sent to the email that was provided. Please double check and make any corrections to email if needed.
